About The Convention

Association of Nepalese in Midwest America (ANMA), Nepalese Association in Southeast America (NASeA) and Association of Nepalis in the Americas (ANA) are pleased to inform that we have decided to come together, and hold the first National convention on the 2018 Labor Day weekend in Chicago, IL. We believe that working together we can serve our community more effectively and efficiently. Our combined effort in identifying the contemporary issues faced by community members and our joint effort in addressing these is the need of our time. Increasing the participation of new generation, providing them with a national platform for discussing the opportunities and issues that they encounter in their everyday life are of paramount importance to us. We need a new vision, a new mission and new programs to cater to the needs of growing communities.

We should focus on helping our community member to succeed professionally, academically and financially. We can be more effective if we forge a working alliance among us. This gives us more bargaining power and strategic strength.

We would like to invite all community members and Nepali social organizations in North America to join hands in a united platform to more effectively serve our community

Bala Ghimire, President (Association of Nepalese in Midwest America)
Madhav Dhakal, President (Nepalese Association of South-East America)
Medini Adhikari, President (Association of Nepalis in the Americas)
